Our Properties
Historically, Nether Green have focussed on the Residential Sector, and has a portfolio of properties in and around Reading, which are let to individuals and families.
However, in recent years, the Company have also purchased The Atrium Health Club in Scours Lane, Tilehurst and Tyr-Abad Outdoor Education Centre in Powys, Wales.

Residential
Nether Green have been letting residential properties since 1999. Located in and around the Reading area; the portfolio ranges from 1 Bedroom flats to 3 Bedroom houses.
The properties are owned by the company and managed 'in-house'.
The Atrium Health Club
The freehold site occupied by the Atrium Health Club in Scours Lane, Tilehurst was purchased by Nether Green in 2021. Nether Green have been working closely with the operators of the site, The Atrium Health Club Ltd, to improve and develop the sports, fitness and social facilities to benefit the local community. The main building houses a gym, sports therapy facilities, a bar and a function room that can be hired for parties and events. The grounds contain several football pitches, a cricket pitch, an artificial grass 5-a-side football court and a car parking area.
Since we purchased the site the gym facilities have been completely refurbished and a martial arts centre has been added. Work has been started on a spa which should be completed and ready for use in 2024. There are also plans for other sports and facilities to be added – watch this space!

Tyr-Abad Outdoor Education Centre
Tyr-Abad Outdoor Education Centre, is located just to the North-West of the village of Tirabad in Powys, Wales.
Since the 1970s, the centre was extensively used by Maiden Erleigh, Emmbrook and Charters Schools, who ran residential trips to the centre for their students from Year 7 upwards.
Directors and staff of Nether Green have fond memories of attending the centre during their own school days.
Unfortunately, the centre became a victim of Covid in 2020, was closed and put up for sale.
Keen to see the centre returned to its previous use, Nether Green purchased it in 2022; it has undergone a much-needed refurbishment and is now run by Arc Adventures, who are ready to welcome back students, groups and even families.
